Terms of Boat Rental

It is possible to plan blue tour with four different boat options from economic, standard and luxury classes being within Saranda Yachting. During the private boat rentals, the guidance is provided to find the most appropriate boat for customers by considering budget, cabin number and boat specialities at first step.

Only the rental of boat is sufficient. Mutual decision making and preparations for topics such as destination, food & beverage, transportation, transfer and tour programme is made at second step. 30% of total boat rental price is requested to be paid to one of our bank account to complete the reservation and then final reservation is made after an approval e-mail or fax is received. Rest of the price is collected as cash on the very first date of the tour.

Cancellation of Boat Rental Reservation

Cancellation of boat rental reservation from your side is made by considering following articles.

1. 20% of tour price is not paid back on the occasion that the cancellation is made at least 90 days before the tour starting date.
2. 30% of tour price is not paid back on the occasion that the cancellation is made 60 days before the tour starting date.
3. Pre-payment is not paid back on the occasion that the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour starting date.
4. Total price of tour can be requested on the occasion that the cancellation is made 14 days before the tour starting date.

Refund is made within 30 days following the cancellation date of tour.

Our Obligations

Saranda Yachting is obliged to provide a similar boat having same quality and comfort level within 24 hours on the occasion that the boat tour demanded is not actualized with a reason not caused by our company but by any breakdown, weather condition etc.

All boats provided by our company are insured. As being our customer, you are also covered by insurance as being third person, but as Saranda Yachting our advice to you is to have your own more comprehensive travel insurance.

Food and Beverages

• You can bring any desired food and beverages. Cooking and service are made by crew.
• Upon request, food and beverages can be bought by us.
• Full pension menu services are also ready for you (standard menu 35€, lux menu 55€, deluxe menu 95€; beverages are not included and it is possible to bring your own beverages)
• Services are made by crew.

 

Cabin Rental Conditions

It is possible to make a blue tour by renting a cabin in boats with already planned destinations. The choice for a blue tour can be made within totally five different tours of Saranda Yachting starting the tour from Vlora, Saranda, Corfu, Parga, ect. Boats generally consists of standard or luxury gullets in cabin renting and each cabin has private shower and toilet. Bed capacity depends on the cabin type. Each cabin generally has two people capacity but some special yachts this capacity reaches to three and four. Destinations for cabin rental tours are carefully planned by our company. Prices are regulated for two people and one person as Euro. Full pension accommodation is included in the cabin tour price and also meals and beverages expect alcohol.Also customer can bring food or beverages with them if they prefere. As a first step, desired tour/destination among cabin rental tours should be selected. 30% of total cabin rental price is requested to be paid to one of our bank account to complete the reservation and then final reservation is made after an approval e-mail or fax is received. Rest of the price is collected on the very first date of the tour.

If you would like to bring your pets, please ask us. If you want to bring your kids with you on cabin charter, please ask your cabin capacity. Boat name will be specified one day before the tour date as guest number is crucial on boat selection.
